Loyalty program
It is worth registering on our site, not only for the video library, but also to participate in the Danubia Orchestra's loyalty programme. You are eligible for the ticket and season' pass discount immediately after registration! For your ticket and season pass purchases for Danubia Orchestra's own concerts, as well as for the videos you watch on the website, we will credit your account with loyalty points, which you can redeem for various discounts.
Bronze
250 to 599 points
- 5% discount on passes and tickets for certain concerts
Silver
600 to 1100 points
- 10% discount on passes and tickets for certain concerts
- Pre-sale tickets for some of our concerts and concert series
- Opportunity to attend the final rehearsals of priority concerts – once each season
Golden
1300 to 2499 points
- All benefits of level Silver
- 15% discount on passes and tickets for certain concerts
- Opportunity to attend the final rehearsals of priority concerts - twice each season
- Opportunity to attend a closed series of discussion with our conductor
Platinum
Above 2500 points
- All benefits of level Gold
- 20% discount on passes and tickets for certain concerts
- Building visit and backstage tour at the Erkel Theatre or the Liszt Academy
- Other exclusive ad hoc offers
How do you earn points?
- 1 loyalty point is credited for every 10 minutes of video playbacks on the website.
- 1 loyalty point is credited for each HUF 100 of any ticket or season pass purchased to any of the concerts in our own organization.
- These concerts are marked with a 🤍 Loyalty Programme label.
- The loyalty point is credited to you for all ticket and season ticket purchases but is automatically added based on your email address, so please enter the same email address as the one you find in 'Profil>Settings' when you buy tickets
- Double loyalty points are credited for ticket purchases to children’s performances in our own organization. But due to their low prices, they will not be eligible for an additional ticket discount.
- These concerts are marked with a 🤍 Loyalty Programme x2 label.
- By collecting points, you can achieve different loyalty levels that provide you additional benefits. It's worth staying in the programme, as the top loyalty level earns you a 20% discount on all our concerts.
How can you validate your discount?
- First click on the 'Profil' menu item in the top right corner of the screen, marked with a little person icon, then select 'My Cards'.
- Here you will find your virtual loyalty card. Copy the six-character discount code on the card. (Right-click > Copy or use the Ctrl+C key combination)
- Navigate to our concerts, select the show and then the seat where you would like to use your discount. When the ticket has been added to your basket, you will see a box labeled Danubia discount code. Paste the discount code into this field. (Right-click > Paste or press Ctrl+V)
What else do you need to know?
- Participation in our loyalty program is provided to you as a gift with your registration;
- You will be notified by email when you achieve your next level;
- You can track your loyalty points in your personal account on the website.
- Your points accumulated in the last 13 months will always count towards your level at that time, points older than that will expire.
