Ennio Morricone and Nino Rota are deservedly considered as icons of the film music world. Our program, which is dedicated to their work, presents the most important stations of their career from
the iconic songs of the 60’s to the melodies which were written for Hollywood and for Sergio Leone’s movies.

During the performance, we can not only meet the compositions of fantastic masters live, but listening the melodies of Rota and Morricone, we can take part in a special emotional journey in which eternal themes are intertwined with the inner world of the creators. The person who created the idea of this project, is Marcello Rota, the world-renowned conductor. The hits are interpreted by the outstanding performers of Italian movies and of the film art of the world: Susanna Rigacci (soprano), Nello Salza (trumpet), Ludovico Fulci (piano), who have already given more than 500 concerts worldwide under Maestro Morricone’s leadership. This time the soloists are accompanied by Danubia Orchestra.
