Bernstein was not only one of the greatest performers of the past century, but also an outstanding composer, whose unique, individual style is immediately accessible and lovable, yet never banal. His beautiful work for flute solo and orchestra is followed by a Wagner idyll, and then Borodin\'s Symphony No. 2, which is teeming with catchy melodies. All of this will be performed under the baton of the renowned American conductor, Arthur Fagen.
