The latest production by Danubia and Máté Hámori evokes a forgotten golden age: the heroic era of Hungarian cinema.
A common thread among these films, which were produced at an incredible pace and of exceptional quality, was their often sensational music, which later laid the groundwork for the hitmakers of the 1950s and 60s. In this concert, we invite the audience on a nostalgic journey spanning from the 1930s to the late 1960s, featuring the very best of Hungarian film music performed with a full orchestral sound, joined by singing actors and accompanied by the conductor\'s commentary.
