The Musichater
Opera Shock
What?! Me at the Opera? Nooo way! Sit in the narrow, squeaky chair for ten thousand forints five hours long, waiting for the fat woman to finally really die, but still singing for another half an hour? No, it is not for me, thanks. Rather the X-factor, at least we can laugh at that. Well maybe, at the opera too… The Musichater returns, and this time he does (not) visit the opera. Why is this big hype around this whole thing? Unreal, forced stories, ancient scenery, corpulent divas singing incomprehensibly – why is it exactly good listening to opera? This time we discover this question at our symphonic-stand up-music evening.
The concert is not recommended for children under the age of 12!
